Central Penn Can Help
The law has been around for as long as the history of civilization. Do you have a passion for getting involved in a fundamental aspect of the social history of the world?
At Central Penn, we have the resources necessary to help you find a future in the world of law.
Our Associate in Science degree in Paralegal will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to practice as a paralegal in law firms, government agencies, corporations and courts. This degree can also serve as a springboard to advance further in your education.
The Paralegal program is approved by the American Bar Association (ABA). Paralegals may not provide legal services to the public except as permitted by law. The ABA approval requires that ten (10) hours of legal specialty courses be taken in the traditional (face-to-face) format.
Our Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies offers a high level of preparation for your pre-law education or future legal profession. Our curriculum provides a hands-on study of legal research and writing, law office and courtroom procedures, and case preparation, including participation in mock trial. By the end of this program, you will be in a good position to reach your educational and professional goals.
