With our Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Organizational Leadership, you will learn what you can do to transform yourself into an effective leader of change. Our program will encourage and prepare you to be an ethical, influential leader.

Our MPS degree is designed to help you develop foundations in ethical leadership, communication, research and management to assist you as you continue you working toward furthering your education and achieving your professional goals.

To make our program better suit your specific interests, we have created two concentrations of study:

Organizational development: This concentration is for students who want to gain a thorough understanding of organizational dynamics and culture to feel empowered to effect change.
Financial analysis: This concentration is for students looking to advance to a leadership role within the financial management and analysis arena.

Both of our concentrations are a great stepping stone toward your personal goals as a student and leadership professional.

Earn Your Master’s Degree Faster

At Central Penn, we pride ourselves in providing you with the opportunity to earn your master’s degree fast. And fast doesn’t mean low quality. Our accelerated 11-week terms are designed to allow successful students to take two classes per term and to complete the program in as little as six terms.
